They can mess up vertical aligns and pixel strings, which was a significant problem in Seven Trials.

Edit: Oh derp he already edited his original post.

Brute is starting to get the respect it deserves :Kreygasm: Still think it's worthy of level 97, but oh well.
I Wanna Be A Brute Of A man should be level 98 imo. I wonder if we will ever surpass or get to level 100.

It's a 1-100 scale. 1 is trivial, and I would guess 100 is considered not humanly possible. No real point in going further than that.

Edit: Apparently Kamilia changed it so that 99 is considered the highest level, not 100. So LoveTrap is still considered max level; it's change from 100 to 99 was not it being nerfed. I would imagine that 100 is not included because I still think that's intended for games not humanly possible (while 99 is just barely humanly possible, the ultimate goal of human players perhaps).

Except for a couple nerfed segments. If someone beat 3 Makers Kamilia stage, I'd still want them to beat those segments in their original form if they wanted to claim they "beat" Kamilia 2 extra.

Can you at least do a quick-fix of the water so that I can beat the last segment and upload my video? It's pretty much impossible with single jump water.

If you haven't heard yet, you used the wrong type of water.

My explanation would be that when the spike fell, it was programmed to stop falling when it the ground. But, if on one frame it was above ground and on the next it was below ground, and it's not programmed to stop exactly on top of the block like the Kid does, then it could have fallen a couple pixels too low, leaving the corner exposed.

Bumped for new information (seriously do not delete this double post. I am already very frustrated)

I didn't realize Twitch no longer automatically archives broadcasts, and I had not selected "automatically archive broadcasts" on my settings. So I'm gonna have to go through this all again. That means another stream of these techniques will happen Friday night, same time (9 PM EST).

nearly almost

Not sure what to say about Kei. He says he'll beat and record it again without the fairly suspicious cuts.

Congrats :Kreygasm:. As far as I know you're the first. Stage 6 should'nt be too bad, iirc the first segment was easy dunno about the second though

The first segment gets hard at the end but it's still reasonable (considering it's half of the stage). The second segment is very very hard though and requires you to be pretty much fast as physically possible.

And stage 4, but no one cares about that.

I see this thread is going well. :MVGame:

So, I guess I'll stream at 9 PM EST Saturday.

Do you have ways to compensate the fact that you can hardly do jump cancels?

Since I don't want to waste too much time during my stream trying to demonstrate techniques I can't do reliably ("Here's what jump cancelling is. Now give me 20 minutes to try demonstrating it live"), I'll make some pre-recorded clips. I'll also show some clips from videos by other players like you showing off the techniques in actual games. I might also do some stuff in frame-by-frame if I think it will help make it clearer with certain techniques what's really going on, although I'll keep that at a minimum.

I could do a better handcam show of jump canceling on controller in the different ways you can, with mic talking through it.

Not sure how that would work mid-stream. If you make such a recording before Saturday and send it to me (or post it to your YouTube and link it to me), I could show your clip as a more physical demonstration of how to do a jump cancel after I give my more input-based explanation.
