I think the only way this has a shot at being good is if people make something fun, or atleast attempt to. it can be needle sure, but they should also be required to clear their own stage, completely. no tas or save states. you also need some quality control and beta testers.
otherwise 1 person might as well just make IwbtTAS3. or at the very least agree on what we are making, so it isnt so weirdly mixed up like the first.
Seconded. My stage was so out of place in the other collab. Maybe if the chase segment wasn't there it would've been a bit better but still.

Also agreed with the no jump cancel required, probably because I suck at them without using the numpad trick, but imo there's better ways to make hard segments than just using the usual spike formations.
Dunno if I'll be joining this, I'm not too fond of spike games even though I enjoyed some of them. I just feel like they put way too much limits into level design just too focus on precise jumps, which is something I don't like.
Idk, if I manage to make something I enjoy, I may join this.

The only secret item I did'nt got on my first run was the Bottom Path 1, lazy to backtrack. The others were easy to find, except the Pokemon one maybe, which I found by accident when trying to find the correct path to beat the stage :P. This game was quite fun, the stages are fine for the most part, the bosses were pretty average though. I liked the Pokemon midboss but just because it was hilarious.

Don't get me wrong. I think the list is fine aside from those aspects (and some others) I mentioned, and even if I disagree partially with it, it's still useful since most of the games included on it are somewhat decent.
Also I have no intention on my comments having any effect on it. So sorry if it felt like I was trying to change it to fit my own criteria/nitpicking, I guess I should learn to not give my opinion when it's uncalled for :V.

Actually Kinata found out that Brute was possible, but save was so stupidely dumb, that he uses the mod anyway.
If I remember correctly, there used to be 2 saves that were impossible and Kinata figured out that one of them was possible with vertical align. Did'nt know he figured out the other one aswell.

 I don't get why Boshy on rape is at Lv 96. I remember beating every world bar 2, 4 and 10 without problems, and I have gotten quite far on those worlds I haven't beaten, and I'm not that good at Boshy. Similar case with IWBTG on impossible being at Lv95. Impossible/very hards should'nt be included if you ask me, since most of these games are designed to be played on medium (and some few on hard). IMO The only exception to this are games that actually get harder when playing on a harder difficulty setting (like Play The Endurance 2 and Popularity) rather than just having to last longer until reaching a save.
 I also don't get what Revolution is doing at Lv94; none of those bosses is hard to perfect at all, specially since there's no random attacks which means it's all about memory. Maybe I'll give you Yawaraka, but it's way too short and it's not really that hard when compared to harder non-random stuff like Evans or Double Lariat from IWBTMusic on Extreme :X. Sunspike being lower than Galaxy really bothers me, although I'm fairly certain that the reason of why Sunspike took me around 7.5k deaths is my keyboard so nvm that :Z.

Also, what Kinata said about Brute of a Man, imo it should be Lv97 or at least Lv96 :V. But actually, Brute of a Man is impossible without a "mod" or anything of the likes, so idk if it should be on the list.

Neither rank or level matter imo. Level is just the amount of total score you have, which can be grinded easily by just playing marathon maps a lot (ofc you need skill to get high combos though). And rank while requires more skill to farm, the score boost given by mods is usually enough to bypass nomod SS's by getting +97% acc or something like that, and since Hidden doesn't require much skill save for maps with tons of stacks/hard to read/high OD it's quite easy to farm with that. I only did once, but seeing how I beated my own SS with a 98% acc play w/Hidden wasn't funny. Of course getting SS w/Hidden is more impressive than SS w/NoMod, but heh :/.
Btw I'm Lv74 and Rank #29k, and slowly getting closer to beat Airman Nomod (died on the last chorus) :BionicBunion:

Woah, if that's Stage 1 the game is going to be much harder than IWKTK 2. I hope that Breaking Out gets a better screen if it's going to be in the game, Breaking Out has so much better and harder segments than what they used on IWKTK 2 :U.

From what I can remember, Dark Blue did'nt have too much gimmicks. Though I did'nt like it either.
The worst I played is probably I Wanna Get To The WarpZone, there was another one I also disliked a lot but can't remeber the name. I also highly dislike fangames that are nothing but spikes, I used to like them a while ago, but now it has been so overdone that I ended up hating them. Oh and IWBTG : Gaiden too.

I noticed you fixed the shortcut on the first save of my stage, I've completely forgot to make those tiles solid lol. Btw I think that my stage being 5 stars is a bit misleading, at least for me, my stage is harder than BlueMage's, not sure if it's harder than Flippy's though, I suck at these games anyway  :BibleThump:.  Also I'm not sure if this should be called I Wanna Be The Master, as there's already a fangame called like that.
