Worst fail so far? Landing on the middle spike after descending through the "Veni Vidi Vici" corridor in World 4 of Boshy...is a close second to dying to the giant spike maze right when I got Skeleton King to 0HP. :paraPalm:

messing up any F jump because i bonked my stupid head on the ceiling, or the time i beat sonic but forgot to save like a dumb ass, or saving where a spike was placed (launched after a trap)
