Welcome quake  :atkHappy:

I send you a link in a pm.
(btw. GGM isn't actually private, the axfc-link just doesn't work, because axfc is not a good filehost)

that's really strange, never heard of a similar issue. Does anythin else happen besides the explorer freezing? Maybe you could try using a different explorer than the standard one. I personally use FreeCommander. Doing a system file check could also help.
If nothing else works, upgrading to Windows 10 might be a worth a try.

The page looks great, the things that have helped me most though are the align guides, do you think it would be worth including these somewhere?

Zurai's strat guide (https://www.iwannacommunity.com/forum/index.php?topic=1202.0),

thebmxbandit's align guide (https://www.iwannacommunity.com/forum/index.php?topic=1342)

and Kinata's Pixel Techniques videos (httpss://www.you......tube.com/channel/UCp0caWk9pHK5qN_CfoEPLdw)

It might also be a good idea to include the link to thebmxbandit's guide to fix the crashes in win8 (https://www.iwannacommunity.com/forum/index.php?topic=1387.0)

Beat the giant RNG bat in Crimson. Not hard, but died often due to not paying attention.

Still need to find 5 secrets. Hope I can find them without using a guide.

Edit: just found a secret behind a random fake wall, with absolutly nothing hinting at it, after going through the same level four times... playing the whole game blind doesn't seem like such a good idea anymore :/

you could try remapping the R key to caps lock, it works a lot better for me
That is a good idea. I use WASD-controls, so I remapped R to F. restarting is now more comfortable :)
But I assume the main problem was that my hands are usually not really relaxed while playing. Doing stretches helps a lot with this (as shown here and here. first link also has some additional tipps regarding hand health)

Getting those secrets is quite difficult for me. But I figured I won't git any gud by playing easy games

After crawling my way through this, I'm just more motivated to continue the challenge. Otherwise my suffering would be wasted D:

The engine is actually not that bad when you are used to it. A long time ago I played it a lot, even got all items (including the time attack one), and never thought that the physics are weird.

Just finished Tribute. This game was even way worse than I expected. Made me rethink that whole K2 challenge thing.

Although this game is really bad, it's still kind of a classic fangame. I think.

just finished Stage 1 of the K2 Savage Mountain Challenge  :atkHappy:
almost forget to get a screenshot of IWBTFG D:

had to use the Windows magnifier glass to not get eye cancer. this game cannot be resized by any other means..
also, why is gravity so strong in this game? I never noticed this when I played it in the past

I thought you were talking about ResizeEnable, because you didn't link or name anything else. I searched myself now, do you maybe mean this?
I guess it's kind of similar, but I personally prefer sizer because it offers more options, and I'm generally not a big fan of fullscreen (but that's just me I guess).

His tool works quite differently from the one I linked. I'm not sure if you even read my post.

60
I've found an alternative that I personally much prefer over ResizeEnable. It let's you set predefined window sizes and positions (e.g. top left) that you can apply to any window with a hotkey. So it's useful even for those fangames that can be resized by default, because it saves you the hard work of resizing them with your mouse :Kreygasm:

here's the download: https://www.brianapps.net/sizer/

edit: for 64bit-windows you probably need the beta version: https://www.brianapps.net/sizer/sizer34.html
