The Index of Common Jump Names

So you people can stop being confused all the time! I have created (with the help of a few others) an index of the jumps we have given names. You can look at it, and learn exactly what jump is what, as these are the most common jumps in all of fangames. If you guys can come up with a jump with a name that I missed, or come up with a name for a jump, and we can all agree on it, I'll add it to the index.

Edit: v0.2 - - - Added "Shuriken", "Super F", "Half-Diamond", "16px (small) gap", "M (again)"

T-Bone spikes can be placed in any combination, really.

Also, does everyone agree on Shuriken? Because that's what I call it, personally.

Today I was bored during classes because we practically did nothing. So, I compiled a list of some common jumps and named them what made sense to me, although they could already have a name.
