You create a paradox because of the event of how stopping the game from starting would stop you from posting the action that you would've taken for the hill. Therefore removing the action taken and giving the hill to me.

He didn't create a paradox because as soon as he came back he was acting on a paralell universe, the old one where everything DID happen was left untouched. Altough these are just theories, they make kinda sense so TAKE THAT
