I wouldn't really consider this a fail since it isn't all that hard, but here's my progress on Danger 10 Makers. I've beaten every other stage except for this and Jebal's avoidance.

While S needle series weren't originally tested, (or that one 1map game I released for a day), I have tried to get better at testing every game I make and make sure everything is possible, even if it is difficulty is rather obscure do to my uncanny ability of beating the hardest jumps in games while utterly failing at others (Rip the last jump in room 78 in Crimson Needle). Just a little fyi, otherwise a good list.
Although if anything you should've included me for bashing on almost any fangame containing a boss with RNG in it

I've been able to play Kamilia 2 on a Windows 8 laptop without crashing just by turning the volume off for the application itself.
