Odd bug with South Korean users

I actually noticed that some Koreans on this forum that are from South Korea have Korea, Republic of instead of Republic of Korea (South Korea)

Is this a bug? or is this how it shows up on forums  :PogChamp:

I have no idea what to put here.

Anyway, a lot of things have changed to myself in the past. I wont visit the forum much, but i will check out the streams once in a while.
