What buttons can I press to fix this if any? Its I wanna challenge 100 trials

its MEDIUM and i have to beat medium to unlock higher difficulties. I know medium in this game is pretty easy but as you can see i died a bunch because Im a noob especially to the lv80 boss

BTW I think the forum should have a search feature so i didnt have to make this thread I coulda just seen what the last person who got stuck did
