Problem with triggers

Please help me, im using triggers with spikes but im using Move with contact in direction 0, but when i do that, it works fine but the spike has a bit moved to the right.

why are you using move to contact?
and the 2 pictures are really unhelpful since even the blocks aren't the same, no idea whats even going on here.
