Conveyor belts, no matter what fangame, I always get stuck at such sections for far too long.

Any game by PDplayer 4.5 block jumps, super F jumps, having to one frame off of a TAS, really bullshit RNG, ridiculously long intros before a difficult boss/avoidance

I don't mind RNG that much anymore, I just really dislike it when it just shows up and fucks me over without me having any time to actually respond to it (which is kinda why I didn't finish Crysis).

Super F jumps, double inverts, traps after bosses, invisible block "challenges," a double diamond as the first jump in a game.

Bosses that hate me: Titan Dweevil (Desination and K3), Gravity Man (Popularity and K3), Big Kid (Lovetrap), Daazer (Happil 1).
