Strange background, block and spike

There are currently using background with squares moving right and down and the blocks that has stage 5 in Kamilia 3 and bright spikes, how does this background, block and spike?

people usually just decompile the game for assets like that. to make a moving background you go to the Background tab and set its vspeed and hspeed. If you want it to move slower than 1px per step, then learn to make an object that does that.

Not me that makes the game. It Yuyuko, I make trouble, and Yuyuko not know what to do, then she likes.

I do not judge anything, Yuyuko is only authoritarian and remains anonymous, it's me letters and I just select.
