Music not working??

...Might be the wrong area to post this, but I don't know where should I post, so...

For some reason, the music is not working on the I Wanna games I'm playing. The games are OK, and the basic sound effects (Such as jumping, shooting, and the death sound effect) are still there, but for some reason, the music is gone. This seems to be happening with every game that doesn't have the BGM folder (For example, I Wanna Kill the Kamilia 3 and I Wanna Find my Destiny are still working fine, music included).
This is really annoying, mainly for avoidance fights, so...Does anyone know how to fix this?

I had this happen to me a while ago, a simple reboot fixed it

Don't know how much this would work, but have you tried running in compatibility mode?

Did you find anything that helped you? I have the same problem right now, though I'm on Windows 8.1 (I guess that's the problem, but I really can't do a downgrade due to issues I'd get into with my work. The music works in Boshy, but I have no music in I Wanna Challenge 100 Trials, NANG, and IWBTVenus (I dl'd that one because Denferok wrote in his list that it has calming music; so I hope that these 3 games even HAVE music^^).

Actually, the only way I found was to wait until the problem was solved by itself  :atkCry: (4 or 5 days after that, the music came back)
And yes, Win8 probably doesn't have anything to do with that problem.
