So I watched the first episode and loved it.
I also normally don't watch Dubs but I'm fine with this one.

I really liked the anime (subs), but I didn't really like the end. :/

The end was less disappointing in the manga because of some stuff that was more fleshed out there.  I'm reluctant to say anything else if people here are still in the middle of the series, though.

If you want more superhardkore psychological/strategic conflict, you should read Liar Game.  A friend of mine says you should also read Gamble Fish and Tower of God.
