It's a sequel of game IWBTBG 2.

It was scheduled to translate this game in english, but it's not known to many people so i quit trasnlation.
However you do not feel inconvenience during play IWBTBG 3.(skip that)

Config
→,←,↑,↓: movement
Z : shoot gun
X : skip conversation
shift : jumping
esc : go to menu (in case of second playing it go to warping room)
F3 : rechange of keypad (menu screen)

Postscript
800x600
IWBTBG 3 supports internet ranking. (but only high score. 1~10)
Cards and Weapons that acquired during playing game can use second playing game.
When you play it secondary, can move wrap room that press ESC key.
