Er, this has been known for a couple years now.

however it's done in the video, this method is easier than a triple/multiple cactus cancel.

title update:
butterfly nova jump is more humanly possible
'more' because a simpler method is found of doing the jump that doesn't require tools
  / in case the same method is used in the tas.

Needle game that would by most people be considered ridiculous, but I am able to defeat.
Needle designed in short time.  I enjoy this needle game.

the jump is done with a 8,10-frame jump (release shift on 8th and 10th frames).
the frame input is recorded using a modification to I wanna Record My Jumps.

i believe that downwards sggks are possible with a 2-frame jump.
with this setup, it requires a .3-.5 (?) vertical subpixel.
the sggk arrangement is horizontally 2px into the double diamond.
