User-Made Creations / Wiki down posting my games here

I've noticed recently that the Atwiki is doing weird things. ( https://www21.atwiki.jp/iwannabethewiki/pages/285.html )
I've been trying to upload 2 games too the Wiki and every time I click "Submit" I get this:
