When I want to download an Aiwanna fangame in axfc uploader, he doesn't show up. Why??

Computer Café / A question about Hourglass

If you don't know, Hourglass is a emulator who is used to speedrun Windows games.
When I try on japanese Aiwannas, it always works or else, but when I try on fangames from other engines, it doesn't work. Somebody can explain me why???
