The only solution I know is to re-install GM8.1 when this error occurs.
One of my friends have re-installed GM8.1 countless times So I have been using GM8.0

I don't know much Japannese but I think this is a transliteration
ねころん(nekoron)=nekoron
にじゅうはち(nijuhachi)=28
あっとまーく(attomakku) =at mark= @
ほっとめーる(hottomeeru)= hotmail
どっと(dotto)=dot=.
しーおー(siioo)=CO
じぇーぴー(jeepii)=JP
So I think the mail address should be "nekoronnijuhachi@hotmail.co.jp" or "nekoron28@hotmail.co.jp" or something like that
