As i analyzed this, i know he didn't include Ground Zeroes and Phantom Pain into the timeline to prevent spoilers, though the games release has been months ago, this does need an update because there is a heavy detail in Phantom Pain that effects the original Metal Gear, the main problem with Phantom Pain in the timeline is that it is unfinished and in a sense very "undetailed" with the details and time jumps MGSV, as one of the things that happen is that the time flash forwards to the original metal gear in 1995, and the game itself before the ending takes place in 1984, as for Major Zero there are a lot of conflicting details here as well, see the truth tapes in phantom pain for more details, though they are about 45 minutes long so grab a drink or some food and listen to it, some of the tapes are very detailed and on that note, a bit sad.
Phantom Pain being, under detailed per se, you don't know how Diamond Dogs breaks up for one thing, and I will have some spoiler details down here because spoiling the game is a mean thing to do unless you want it spoiled yourself.
As for Phantom Pain's ending, "Venom Snake" your character is found out to be the medic in the chopper from Ground Zeroes, if you analyze Ground Zero's scene, you will notice that the camera is VERY hesitant on showing the medic's face. Also there are subtle hints about this in the game as well, Ocelot reminding you of the operations you have done, Volgin hesitating when you pick him up at a supply outpost, and one at the very beginning of the game where you name yourself and give yourself a birthday, it's very subtle about it. So if you include this detail, in the original Metal Gear, Big Boss is not the person you kill, you kill Venom Snake instead. As for Zero, a conflicting thing here is that he was made to be horrible leading up to Metal Gear Solid 4 and Peace Walker, the games kinda tell you that Zero and Big Boss did not get along at all after Operation Snake Eater. Going into Phantom Pain it makes it sound like Zero never hated Big Boss or that he was this terrible person, as Zero was the one who saved Big Bosses life prior to the events of the game, you learn all of this in the truth tapes, also saying Phantom Pain's details i don't think there is any way possible for him to be selfish about the patriots if Skullface poisoned him with Vocal Cord Parasites, i'm just not 100% sure about Zero his story arc makes no sense as a whole. I think another is what Liquid was up too after the events of the game, if you don't have the collectors edition or didn't look it up on youtube, the last time you see him hes running off with a giant metal gear, and go to the cut mission 51, Mantis kinda does him a favor, removes the vocal cord parasites from liquid and fly off, might not be important of a detail, but i am curious about it, i know he is in Metal Gear Solid 1 but you never hear what happened in between, but then again Metal Gear is full of retcons and plotholes, so no surprises really.
