I wanna go attack : help for extra stage

Hello,

I'm stuck on this passage, I do not even have to spend the first jump of the backup, is due to poor alignment or internship is just impossible?

Stand as close to the spike as possible; then, move backwards two frames. Then, do a 4-frame single jump and later a 2-frame double jump.
