Author Topic: Profile Saves not working? (Read 1300 times)

Yesterday, I opened the .zip file for "I wanna see the moon", played it for an hour, then logged off for the night.

This morning, I went to the same file, and no save data is on it. I lost all of my progress (only up to the Defenders Cave, which is alot for me). BibleThump
I tested closing/opening the games in different ways, but It never seems to save it to the profiles on the startup page.

Is there a certain way to download a fangame to prevent this? Should I make it into a diferent type of file? (if so how?)

I dont get any errors when I open it too, so that probably isnt the issue.

Make sure to extract the files in the .zip to a new folder. You can do this by selecting all the files in the .zip and dragging them in a new folder. Now you can start the game from there. This should get rid of your problems.
