NAMTG music crackling

Wolfiexe:
Go into your task manager and find your CPU usage graph. Observe it when the music crackles and see if it dips during those parts. It should look like this if it's normal

If it doesn't look like that and has dips or spikes, it could be an issue of your CPU being throttled. That was the issue I was having with music crackling and a variety of strange lag issues in a number of games. My motherboard was throttling my CPU and replacing it fixed everything. Hopefully there's a better way around it for you but checking your CPU usage during the music crackling is something I'd recommend.

I think there's a possibility that it's the reason since it looked like this when playing Tower Lead with crackling :

However, after I observed my cpu when the music is not crackling, I doubt that's the reason because the graph was mostly the same as that.

Wolfiexe:
Hmm, well for reference when I was having lag/crackling/unusual issues, my graph would look like this:

I noticed a consistent rate of dips and they were pretty major, which was ultimately the reason for all my issues. In your case I'd agree that I don't think this is the issue, as your graphs look fairly normal. On the bright side whatever the reason is, it's unlikely that you'll have to replace a major component of your computer.
