1. Dagger
Dagger has upload his first game I wanna be the excalibur on the wiki in 2012 March
and I know most of the players know him.
He has been deleting his past game's links about after 2013, not only hiding mediafire links but also
deleting the files on the mediafire (This act is very rare to see.)
so there is no way of playing dagger's private games without second distribution and unfortunately this is the fact.

2. Doruppi (どるっぴ)
Doruppi is one of the top player and creator of Japan community.
He had made his first game I wanna avoid the anxious in 2011 December.
I believe he has great skills at gamemaker but he stopped making fangames suddenly.
But luckily, he hasn't deleted his game's download links so you can download all of them on his personal blog.

15. Carua
This creator is not very famous actually, because Carua made fangames only a few which is quite sad.
He made I wanna hope the end of, I wanna be the starter and a few more.
Currently, Carua almost stopped anything about fangame related and deleted all of the links
but he didn't deleted the files so you can easily find them on the wiki log by searching by creator's name.
Personally I recommend I wanna hope the , I wanna hope the end of.

16. Cyber (サイバー)
Very infamous for his own made colonels and his own piano. (Note : Tasia is a Japan word for Colonel)
Cyber was very active and made some serious avoidance in the past but he suddenly deleted his
personal site and I believe he is very busy right now.

Right now, some of Cyber's games are absolute private so you can only get them by second distribution.

It's a good idea, it would be very convenient. Someone could create a similar list for the most well-known western makers as well.
I don't understand what that topic you linked has to do with you taking down your post though.

Well, I will add even some download links because recently,
one japan creator I will introduce (which is I wanna be the Gel, I wanna be the Salt creator)
had deleted almost all of his download links on his niconico site
but I managed to backup few days ago and going to add in the post
and might thought this can be a serious problem.
The creator's download links are 99% mediafire but he didn't deleted the files so anyone can still download it when the links are exposed.
