Lag/Slowdown

Hello, I recently bought a new computer and now all the fangames I try have an extreme slowdown, making them unplayable. I don't think the computer should have any issues running the games as it runs most high-end games just fine. Does it have something to do with Windows 10? Anyone have the same issue or a fix?
