Pretty sure the electricity creates a save at the same relative coordinate every time when it is gone. But how the electricity disappeared is unknown to me as well.

Well no because all the other saves are there even if the electricity is still there, you just can't reach them.

Edit: Double checked, maybe that save actually exists but i double checked my portal room and the saves are not there after the devas which is where i'm at
