A small notice on reporting a post

If it's spam, don't report it, we'll find it; if it's just for fun, please don't. Every time a report is given, an email is sent to every admin, every mod, etc. on this forum, and the more we get the more we want to shoot ourselves. Unless it actually breaks one of the set rules in the forum, don't report it.
