Bug Report: I Wanna Be The Sadist wont launch

So after playing through the sadist screen in kamilia 2, I got interested in the game and wanted to give it a shot, so i downloaded it and got this.

I tried decompiling the game but the game is not compatible with my decompiler, so i cant fix it  Does anyone have a solution or a fix for it? If one of you do, then thanks  :4Head:

No it isn't, its exactly how i downloaded it, I deleted the readme in that is in Japaneses and still didn't work, i have no idea how to fix it  :BibleThump:

try running in windows 98 compatibility and as administrator.
