I'm actually getting 3ds version, because I don't want to buy a WiiU for only 1 game.

I remember hearing something about the 3ds version being "dumbed" down, less stuff or something, but hey, that was awhile ago, and I wouldn't only get a Wii U only for this, some other things too  :BionicBunion:
