Title: Weird bug thing

So sometimes when I open certain games i get a little pop up in the upper left. https://gyazo.com/7ef5d58310b62d99e87c93afaa59dc85 It causes major lag and everytime i die i need to reclick the game to play, the music also gets muted for some reason.

Is this fixable?

I think I've seen this happen on peoples' streams before, but I'm not sure what the problem is. What I would assume based on what I've seen is that it's a failure to play or maybe initialize a sound...?
