Title: Copy rooms from another fangames / How to make a medley game

There a suspicious question I always think: How is possible to recreate fangames rooms with Gamemaker? Can someone help me to do this, because me too I want
to make a medley game for fun.

I honestly suggest you learn more about game maker and how to use it before you take on a medley game.

I have already try to convert these into Gamemaker files, but it don't worked.

Sorry, but that is not possible, because you have to pass the objects, create the codes, traps, backgrounds, sounds, paths, scripts and others.

You should probably make your own game before you begin to try making a medley fangame. Acquaint yourself with gamemaker.

And ask the games' makers for permission.
