What's the name of the engine that everyone uses to create fangames nowadays, and where can I get it?

I'm pretty sure it isn't IWBTE

I've seen every engine and I gotta say:

If you want good level designs: IWBTEngine Sona Edition

If you want to make a decent game, with bosses and levels: Yuuutu

If you want to make an avoidance game: Nekoron
