Title: Can somebody please explain what just happened in this video?

The title says it all. I'm sad now. P.S: How do I save after the Clown Cart?

The reason you couldn't go back to save is because that area is slightly lower than the block you entered from (on the previous screen). You need to jump to the left instead of walking to get back to that previous room to save.

Or you could man-mode the next screen without saves :Kappa:
