Title: How to make an Inventory?

Ok, this is a pretty big question and I really hope someone can help me out with this. Can anyone help me make an inventory screen kinda like the one in I Wanna Be The Galaxy? And if you can't do that, do you know how to make switchable items like the guns in I Wanna Be Like Brisulph? Hopefully someone knows.  :tenKapple:
