We need a new admin
« on: November 09, 2013, 07:23:01 PM »

These spambots still show up, but not as frequently. And apparently no one is outside of the admins can do anything about it. Refer to pic above to why this is a problem.

Why don't you and Lemonxreaper just get promoted?

I thought Zero-G was an admin, technically there are 3 admins as of now: Starz0r, Denferok, and John, so yea we need a COUPLE more moderators and admins, who gets promoted I don't care unless they do their job.

I don't know who can be the admin, who are active and who's not? Why not some regular users that don't break the rules and active? So can be promoted to any admin/mod?  :BwanaSlug:
I have no idea what to put here.

Anyway, a lot of things have changed to myself in the past. I wont visit the forum much, but i will check out the streams once in a while.

You could give Infernoman admin, hes on all the time and he enforces the rules pretty well, I'm a bit active on the forum so I don't mind if i'm still a regular or a moderator, but admin is a bit too much, ethin is a bit active as well and he seems like a cool guy himself, and derpy your pretty active yourself too, there are so many ways to do this

This honestly sounds like the best idea. I trust Infernoman with my life. Also, this way he could implement the questionnaire when registering which he says should stop spambots.

having to remove posts from bots that have already been posted is quite a pain, especially since they often post in mass.
Just pretend I have a cool picture like Zero.

Yes. It gets very tedious having to move it to the spam archive every time they post, and there's usually at least 2 or 3 of them at a time. On average iit takes me 2 minutes to do so because of slow internet.

EDIT: especially since I just moved 15 fucking topics to spam, and the spammer is still online.

It seems there hasn't been any stop to spambot postings. and the spambots that were here before the plugin are still here. We seriously need an admin.

As much as I'd rather be a sectional mod, I can take one for the team and become an administrator.

This also seems like a good idea, Olive seems very trustworthy.
