Changing Player sprite in room

Sooo i searchd in this Forum and found one but didnt work so i thought it was my engine so i wanna ask how does it work with yuuutu engine?  :atkHappy:

You'll have to mess with the player object itself if you want to change its sprite, since it changes its sprite every step.
